What is web hosting?
       Web hosting is a space on the internet for you to place your files. When someone types in your web address www.yourname.com it takes the person to that sites web hosting where you can see the website!

I already have web hosting, can you move my files and is it free?
       Yes! If you have web hosting with another company and you use cPanal after you signup for hosting with us just send us a support ticket. We will move your files free of charge. If you do not have Panel please follow these steps:

1) Transfer all your files from your old host to your new one. Do not tell your old host you are canceling.

2) Change your domain nameservers to your new host. Your new host should provide you with this. Luxzo's DNS is ns1.luxzo.com and ns2.luxzo.com.

3) Wait 72 hours before canceling with your old host to avoid any downtime.

The only thing that won't be transferred is any databases that you might have since you are only copying the files.

Will you place ads on my site?
       No, Luxzo will NEVER place ads on your website.

What happens when my site is suspended?
       When a site is suspended you MUST contact support within 7 days or we have the right to close your site. When a site is suspended nothing is deleted or changed. It is a function used so your site is unavailable. We only do this if you did not pay your bill or you violated our TOS/AUP

When will my account be setup?
       Accounts are setup usually within a few hours but sometimes it may be longer. If account setup takes longer than 24 hours you will get an extra week on us!

When will my domain be setup
      Usually within a few hours but it may take up to 24 hours. We use a 3rd party domain registrar that is ICANN accredited.

Why do you charge so much for hosting?
       We have some of the lowest prices in the hosting industry for the amount of space and bandwidth we supply. We are in the web hosting market to supply the ability for anyone to be able to host a site. We are not in it for any sort of profit. Any money received is used to pay the necessary things of providing server such as servers and staff.

I am not happy with my service and I want a refund.
       All packages come with a 10 day money back guarantee. After the initial 10 days of payment there are no refunds. All payments are final after the initial ten days.

I want the cancel, what should I do?
       You must contact us fifteen (15) days prior to the end of your billing cycle. Your service will be unaffected. Once your billing cycle end date comes we will suspend your service and you have five (5) days to decide if you would like to return to Luxzo. After 5 days your account and files are deleted from our server.
